| You said you weren't a tech whiz. You kinda need to know how to make vector graphics with the GNU Image Manipulation Program, basic CSS script and basic Hypertext Markup Language if you want a decent forum. I've been learning all that for over 2 years and I barely have a grasp on just the concepts. | |
